Once again the service is bad :(

After logging a call with hellopeter I did receive a call from Boitumelo, who I advised the problem to and she tried her best to be helpful which is appreciated, so today I decided to call and follow up on my phone which is gone for repairs and I called the repairs to check how far they are with my phone? I was told that my phone had not reached them. I don't even have a loan phone because they did not have any loan phones available however they will call me once they have. Yet I had spoken to Boitumelo who had confirmed that my phone had left the store and I should receive it on the 4th March if not they will give me a new phone cause the procedure is that that if your phone has been fixed more than three times for the same problem a new phone will be issued but my phone is going to be fixed for the forth time. I am now speechless and don't know what to do with these people honestly. Confirmation of my call "Boitumelo has been in contact with you to acknowledge and assist with your complaint. She advised you about the status of the phone and about the loan phone. She further advised that in order for the contract to be cancelled you need to pay for the remaining months"
