After 2 good years with Virgin my notification stated a 130% increase in premium. Apparently my area has a massive increase in crime that justifies this. I live here and haven't seen/heard of it.
The call centre has confirmed that there is nothing that can be done to decrease this. What a sad situation, I've only had good service but I feel like I'm being big time here.
