Been with Virgin Credit Card for many years now.
Busy transferring bank accounts - get offered 30k limit on a new FNB credit card, but wanted to stay with Virgin.
Speak to an agent regarding increasing my limit... long story short... I have to RE-SEND 3 copies of bank statements, 3 copies of payslips AND wait 3 days just for Virgin to come back saying they will increase my limit to a mere 13k. After I have had a salary increase the lot.
They still offer and insult me this knowing I have already been offered MORE THAN DOUBLE from Nedbank and FNB.
Virgin can go it... after all these years this is the thanks I get??
