I have 2 outstanding loan accounts with FNB which I pay every month, most months I pay more than I should. So then I get a call from a collection agency the other day to say that my account has been handed over to them for collection due to none payment, I am obviously furious because I pay these every month and have been for some time and this will affect my credit rating! FNB seems very confused and have not even bothered to contact me with an apology or explination of why they did what they did! Time to move banks...
