I launched an official (completed all the forms) investigation on 03 December 2013 at Nedbank w.r.t.. two debit card transactions appearing on my bank statement, which I did not give permission for. Until today 10 December I have not even received an sms to acknowledge receiving my application for an investigation. If this is the way you deal with the criminals in my beloved country, I am not surprised that these wicked people just become more and more arrogant.
Never the less, I have to acknowledge that the service of the assistant at my local Strand branch is commendable.
