I changed over to Nedbank because I the service I was receiving from my bank at the time was poor. Firstly Nedbank delivered my card to me on the 19th September 2013, but the forms were not submitted by courier company and my account had a hold on it up until the 3rd October when I was able to phone them, I spent the whole weekend without being able to draw money. I also completed a form to switch my debit orders which was forwarded to Thando on 16 September 2013, a call was made to her on the 3rd and the form was again submitted on the 4th but nothing was done and none of my debit orders went through, only after enquring about an overdraft did I hear that my credit scoring is low because of late payments. On another note, the staff at Nedbank branch in Monteque Gardens are very friendly and try to help as much as they can. Thank you to Odwa.
