Standard Bank Incompetence Costs me Credit Rating

Due to the branch staff at standard bank stellenbosch not following the correct procedure and closing my personal loan account when I paid it up in full, I incurred monthly management fees and now have arrears on my account and know-one seems to be bale to sort this out. I've called in multiple times to the call center but they just pass the buck and don't seem to be able to help me.

I faxed the form that I signed for the account closure, which was completed on 30 September but know one has contacted me regarding this.

Can this please be sorted out, I'm tired of calling multiple call centers and being passed from one more unwilling consultant. also some consultants have seriously bad attitudes.
