HAVING MY DEBIT AND CREDIT CARDS WITH NEDBANK FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS, ONE WOULD EXPECT SOME FORM OF COURTESY WHICH NEDBANK IS OBVIOUSLY NOT PREPARED TO OFFER.
I HAVE AN ARRANGMENT TO PAY AN AMOUNT DUE FOR MY CREDIT CARD ANYWHERE FROM R1, 000 TO R1.200 PER MONTH. I HAVE PAID R1, 000 RELIGOUSLY EVERY MONTH UNTILL THIS CURRENT MONTH WHEN THIS
MOST " WONDERFUL" BANK DECIDED ON THEIR OWN ACCORD AND WITHOUT HAVING THE COURTESY. OH, I FORGOT FOR THE MOMENT. THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF COURTESY. TO REMOVE

FUNDS FROM ANY ACCOUNT WITHOUT THE CORRECT AUTHORITY. THIS OBVIOUSLY CONSTITUTES . THIS ARROGANT ATTITUDE OF NEDBANK LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED AND I DO NOT INTEND TO LET THIS

MATTER REST WHERE IT IS. THERE ARE NUMBER OF OPTIONS OPEN TO ME AND I INTEND PERSUING EACH AND EVERY ONE SUCH AS THE MINISTER OF FINANCE, THE FINANCIAL SERVICES BOARD, THE BANKING

OMBADSMAN, THE SOUTH AFRICAN POLICE SERVICES, THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT

IN MY OPINION, AND I AM PRETTY SURE MANY OTHERS WILL AGREE THAT THIS @#$%#@& BANK WHICH FORMS PART OF OLD MUTUAL SHOULD BE TAKEN TO TASK IN THE HARSHEST WAY POSSIBLE
