I have applied for MacBookPro on the 15th of November. FNB somehow had 2 orders for me which I got approved for, I phoned and got it cancelled. Since then I have been phoning fnb every single day for 1 MacBook. Nothing has been done after receiving an email stating it has been put on an exception list and customer service telling me not to apply for a new device because I will have 3 devices. Nearly a month later, December 3rd, I decided to reply again and got approved again to hear I am on a backlog for the order! This is completely unacceptable since I have been dealing with this situation for almost a month now and got nowhere!
