My vehicle was in a hale storm almost a month ago. Two weeks later I had to write a e-mail due to the fact that no assessor or anyone has attended to the vehicle and I had to make a plan to get a quote and paid out of my own pocket to start remediating the damage. I received a phone call from them to give me permission to now fix the vehicle at a person of my choice. Last week I received another phone call to inform me that Virseker will only pay a portion of the damage and that they will revert to me on how much. Today, 4 days later I still had no response and it is almost time for me to collect the vehicle and still no word from them. I still have no idea what a portion of the R 26 000 damage is.
