Bad Service NO RESPONSE/FEEDBACK

I am very disappointed in the service that I am receiving from African Bank.
I have started my application with African Bank on 03/12/2013, after everything has been done I received a call from the Krugersdorp branch that they need a stamp on my payslip, this has been arranged immediately and my employee has send the stamped payslip the next morning, my employer even called Dudu at Krugersdorp and she confirmed that they have received everything and that nothing else will be needed.
African Bank did job confirmation on Thursday as well, I was told that when this was done the money will be released.
I have been calling the call center since Thursday and every time I have been told that my stuff is with the Credit card department and they need to load my info the the loan and the credit card will be done and active.
Friday afternoon I was informed that I need to return to the branch once again and I was told that they have everything that is needed. Now after calling the call centre again it is brought under my attention again that my application is still with the branch.
