On the15th of March 2013 my Vehicle was and wad recovered by the police within one hour. On the! 9th of March my Daughter met and oursurance Assessor to release my vehicle from the police Pound in Benoni Van Ryn deep. The assesor take photograogh of the vehicle there was abousolutly no damage to this vehicle and the assesor remarked how lucky I was that there is no damage but it must first be checked by outsurance and it should take a day or two. A week later I had to phone outsurance to find out what is going on just to find out that there was damage to the rear bumper of vehicle this happened at the Outsurance assesment center in Boskburg and it had to a go to Panel beaters of Outrance choice. The instruction was to fix the bumper and fit a new locks set on the Vehicle this was a month ago. I was told to collect my Vehicle on the 19th of April when I got there my Vehicle had major damage to the front bumper and no one can tell me what happened. I now had to take the Rental car option wjich I did not want to do and pay a 750 deposit out of my pocket because of outsurances negligence. I really feel they are not bending over backwards and I am really disappointed in them.
