I have been handed over by Impact Meter Services for "outstanding electricity". The amount initially was 3400 but now stands at 3500 after I requested more information. What annoys me is that they add to the amount with every communication.
Further to this, I believe the account is not collectable as their client Impact Meter Services has failed to resolve the matter for over three months. Credit Intel is used to brow beat consumers into paying, without ensuring accuracy of facts.By association Credit Intel has violated the CPA and I will take this up with Debt Collectors Council and the NCC. I refuse to be cornered in this way.
