Six months ago I called at the Melville FNB. I settled the full balance outstanding my Wesbank Visa Card 4901 3514 2152 0007 and instructed them to close the account with himmidiate effect. I even cut up the card and gave the pieces to the teller. I had been a customer for over 10 years but was not prepared to be humiliated by the collection process of receiveing Overdue mail in huge font when amounts were in fact not even past due. Sent a letter to them and received response back on the 29 October that they would contact me.

Only to be informed today that my account has been handed over. What incompetence on Wesbanks side
Sent all correspondece to Blake but have not had the courtesy of a reply or acknowledgement.
