This is in response to my reply from Wesbank on this forum the last time I went to Hello Peter, I'm STILL waiting for an explanation as to why my Vehicle (nissan Murano) was almost repossessed in October last year due to Wesbanks negligence, Wesbank always reply and say we are investigating and will get back to you, NOBODY at Wesbank can give me an answer as to what is happening, I incurred legal costs and have still not received an apology or compensation for their up, all I get from Wesbank is that their legal department is dealing with this matter and they will keep me updated, they have NEVER responded to my queries and complaints, I have told friends and family NOT to finance with Wesbank, i have financed over 9 vehicles through the years all with Wesbank, NEVER again, my wife purchased a new car last month and declined their finance and went with ABSA, next stop is carte Blanche to expose this disgusting business practice.
People I dealt with at Wesbank Latha Singh, Legal, bad attitude and NOT interested in listening to my story and DOESN'T reply to my emails.
The same goes for Edward Mdlalose, NEVER returns my calls or replies to my emails.
Wesbank is PATHETIC!!!
