I have been sending mail after mail to Wesbank insurance with regards to short fall cover but yet to receive a response. i sent them my 7th mail this morning and i have no response from them.
I have got a response from Joseph Komako once saying the following i quote "Good day Mr Bam.
Trust you are doing well.
We would like apologise us for the delayed response.
Please note that I have escalated your email to our sales department and one of our sales agents will contact you shortly.

NO ONE CONTACTED ME.
this is pathetic and dis-mill to say the least.
Am i am currently a customer to Wesbank which makes this even more of a joke.
I would like someone to contact me asap (O wait i have asked for that before already)
If this is the way Wesbank work then i wont recommend them to anyone cause nothing gets done.
