Please help

I have an overdue personal loan account with FNB for a loan I took out via edgars a few years ago. I have been trying to pay it over the past few months and have been in contact with Lerato Sambo. I made an arrangement to pay R1000 per month on the outstanding balance. I have been paying for the past 3 months and wanted a balance on the account as well as confirmation that all payments have been received and allocated. I sent Lerato an email at [Email Removed] on the 26/08/2013 and requested a balance, but she did not reply to my mail. I resent the mail and attached the proof of payments on the 27/08/2013 and up until today have not received any feedback. I tried calling the number they gave me 087) 311 7908 but there is no response. Please can someone call me back regarding this urgently.
