We have been a Wesbank client for the past 8 years. During that time we have purchased 3 brand new vehicles and have always had a very good name. We bought our 3rd car last year October and a few weeks after that, my husband lost his job.
I have kept up my payments by means of my credit cards as we are still unemployed. This month however I could not pay. I have tried to contact their customer care line but am just greeted with rude people.
Wesbank has not contacted me, instead they just hand us over to collection services. What happened to communication?
I am going to pay, but am in a extremely tight spot at this present moment.
Customer relations have gone down the tubes just like everything else!!!
