My check card expired in November and a new card was ordered on 20 OCt. I called on 5 Dec to find out where card could be collected and was advised to call the Bloed Street branch to enquire where the card was and Fulufhelo took my details & said she would check and get back to me. I did not receive any call so called again on the 6th and was told my details were given to a manager that would call me. I still received no call. Today, 9 Dec i calle dthe branch and got no answer so decided to call the to see if they can check where it is. I was assisted by Tebogo Dikgale who said he can see the card has been issued to Bloed Mall but that it does not mean the card is at the branch. He advised that he cant check with branch if its there and that I should cancel card and reorder. I declined this offer and told him i will call the branch first and if there is no card i will call back to cancel. Immediately after hanging up with him i got a sms that card has been cancelled. I think that this is very unprofessional as I expilicitly said do not cancel the card. I need a card on 13 Dec when I get my salary for obvious reasons but now I can only get a card in a week or more. UNACCEPTABLE
