Ive posted a complaint previously regarding cancelling my Nedbank American Express Card and cashing out my greenback points. Ive dealt with at least 4 consultants who weren't able to assist me, one who said he would call me back but hasnt. Ive now been billed R179 for a subscription that ive said over and over that i want cancelled! i originally tried cashing my greenback points for R100 bank charges and a donation to greater good, i received receipts each time saying that the order went through, but no bank charges were received into my acccount. ive now been informed that the donation went through and not the charges because my bank charges dont amount to R100. I would have been able to redeem them for R100 cash with the prepaid option but now my points are sitting at approximately 2400 and that becomes my problem!!! the consultant i just spoke to told me that i can use my greenbacks for R50 bank charges since its 1500 points and i have 2400... but why the should i settle for this when i initially had over 4000 points??? Give me back my money!!! and sort this problem out! absolutely service!!!
