Bad bad bad customer service, trying to get through the Insurance Claims call centre is more difficult than climbing mount Everest. I wonder how ABSA still has customers as the service and the attitude from the staff is so pathetic, you are kept holding for over 2 hours and still get no response. When I see the switch to ABSA tab on their website I want to puke as I ask myself who in the 21st cenury would like to be associated with such lowlesness. Logged a claim can't remember how back still no response, managers direct number is always engaged this is like a mini zoo.
