I requested 3300 points to be converted to my Prepaid Card on Wed 19/06/2013 at 08H02. To date nothing has been done. It is Friday 21/06/2013 06h23.
It is amazing to see lack of service delivery on the part of the bank. Yet the consumer must cough up astronomical bank fees, service fees, charges galore.
Leave alone the fact that one has to spend R660 before you can convert it to R100. Greed.
Im shopping around for another bank that is not as greedy as Nedbank is.
