Since January this year Ive been trying to sort out my nedbank credit card payments. i have spoken to a number of call centre agents over this time and its a little unfair to name Pomule above but she was the last person making promises and not keeping it!! In the process of sorting out payments and re shuffling straight and budged I found out that NEDBANK GREENBACK points have been suspended - im talking about over 200 000 points which equates to over R1mil rand spent on my cards. THEY just simply took away my points for ALL my cards because im in arrears on ONE card. the reason im behind is also because they have taken my payments intended for the straight amount and put it against the budget amount! NEDBANK has now charged me penalties, extra interest etc on straight as well as the extra interest already paid on BUDGET AND i get to forfeit all my greenback points - to add insult to injury I have banked with NEDBANK for 30 years and have an excellent track record prior to this!!! you NEBANK are misleading me and exploiting me and being very unfair. I am going to report them to OPPT as well to pursue this matter as six months of playing footsie is not working for me any longer!
