I registered my claim on the 29th of November 2012. My car was water damaged by the storm on 28th November. My car was towed to Renew-It in Randburg on the same day as the incident. I was told i was going to have feed back in 3 working days. 7 working days has passed and i still have no feedback. I have to follow up with the call centre and its costly. 7 working days later and i still dont know what is happening with my car. I need to know what is going to happen with my car. I currently work in a call centre and i know what good customer service is. This is a very bad experince with Hollard. I would never refer anyone.
