On the 27th November my home was damaged by a severe hail storm. Damages incurred R91k. The assessor has approved the repairs. Between Hollard my Broker Genesis Insurance Brokers the contractor and myself have been sent from pillar to post and the claim has been paid. My premiums are up to date. so will someone in hollard contact me to explain why I am not been paid. The broker says that Hollard is a company with morals and standards but wonder if this is the case. To the directors of hollard and genesis i wish to tell you that I am living with broken widows, Lights, damaged ceiling while you two still in a livable condition. can someone get of the chair and get my claim paid into my bank account!!!
