I phoned them to report a claim to my car. I got transfer 4 times to different departments. every time I had to tell my hole story again. I finely asked to speak to a manager I had to hold on again so that he could look for the number. After holding another minute my airtime was finished and I still could not lay my claim.
I pay a R1350 every month to this company and this is the kind of service that you are getting.
This is unacceptable.
