I first contacted Hollard Legal Plan about my claim via email on 22nd June. I sent my invoices on 29th June. I sent my supporting documentation on 3rd October. It is now 23rd October. seven working days delay were my fault, while i was gathering the relevant documentation. Apologies, but I have been busy and there are many demands on my time. All the rest of the delay in the past three months has been Hollard's fault! I would like to know if payment is ever going to be forthcoming, and if it is, when it will be? I would really like everything to be settled by Friday the 29th of October of this year, and I do believe that is now possible.
