I have been waiting for feedback from covision for months. I then tried to follow up one day, and the call centre no longer exists! I found out recently that they were taken over by Hollard and just didn't inform anyone and Hollard didn't deal further with these queries. What happens to the claim queries? Do these now go to Hollard or are they just lost?
