I CALLED 1life for a quote about a funeral cover for my father and they told me I would have to cover myself as well. I wasn't keen on doing that because the cover was for my dad... so I said ok..I will take it. However last month they send me an SMS about billing my account and they only covered me. They failed to send me any contracts or paper work and when I told them this they said I should have called them to inform them. I TOLD THEM THAT I would like to cancel my account... they have not done that. They offer very bad service
