Nearly a month ago a friend of mine sent me an instant money voucher - I went to the ATM to collect and the ATM said that there was a technical error, so went to a different ATM and same thing happened. I then emailed instant money customer care on the 23rd October and was told that they are having difficultles with the ATM's and I can redeem voucher at spar. Went to spar to be told they can't do it becuase of a technical error. I tried again to cool voucher 2 days ago but still a technical error.
This money is needed and I can't get to it. Please can you tell me exactly what the technical problem is and how I can redeem this voucher.
