Unacceptable Service

First off I would just like to say, Melichia has been more than accommodating to try and sort this problem out. She has gone out of her way to assist me and she was the only pleasant thing through this process!

But my mind boggles that there are no black iphone 5's anywhere, its totally unacceptable! I have had to settle for one that I don't actually like. But I had no choice! As for Megan's attitude, I find it deplorable that she has the attitude she does. I pay my premiums every month, for this very reason that should something happen. I can then replace the item I had, colour included.

And for her to tell me that the phone was insured and not the colour and to have an unacceptable attitude is not on! I just cannot believe that I am the only person having issues with this!

I am not impressed at all, and if it wasnt for Melichia i would of cancelled my insurance with you!
