24Hour Mobility Cellphone Insurance

My iPhone 4S was in December just before I went away on my Christmas holiday. The timing was terrible because the 4S was no longer available as a replacement and the 5 wasn't readily available yet in SA. Amier phoned me to explain this and tell me that I would need to go onto a waiting list for an iPhone 5. The trouble was that insurance claims tend to go to the bottom of the list so I thought I'd be in for a long wait! I resorted to using my BB for the holiday and in early January Amier phoned to say that he had secured a 5 for me. I think he phoned the entire country to find me one and he kept me posted by email or phone every step of the way. I really felt that he was going out of his way to secure a handset for me rather than just leaving me on a list and waiting for someone to respond! Big ups to Amier, he has a fantastic attitude, is so pleasant to deal with, and in the end he really delivered. So I am very impressed! Thanks 24 Hour Mobility for great service.
