LIBERTY LIFE SERVICE APPALLING

On 14 November I sent an email to LIBERTY LIFE (LIB CAL) to change my initials and also upgrade the current policy I have with them. Up to now I have not received a call from their consultants to assist me with the latter (upgrade sum insured).

On a weekly basis I follow up with an email up and I have still not received that elusive phone call from LIBERTY LIFE!!
