I have sent the exact same information to Liberty Life 5 times to 3 differing addresses as specified.
I have now received an email for the 5th time asking for the same information.
This has been going on for over 3 weeks now.
Trying to get hold of a manager at the call center is as impossible.
Really Liberty you take incompetence to an art form.
I will never deal with Liberty again.
