Disgusting Service

My account was debited twice without my consent. I advised the Agent that was assisting me that i would like them to debit my account from the 27th of December as I'm still covered by a different insurance. I have been trying to rectify this mess since the 28th of November. I have spoken with 3 agents who all advised me that they would still like to speak with their managers and they will give me feedback before COB. I am still waiting for that COB but it seems like Momentum has their own interpretation of this abbreviation.
