Had an accident on the 08/11/2013, today is the 09/12/2013 no word from the company and I am now told they are still to call another party. No feedback or acknowledgement of document is made.
I know that the premium is paid for service not to receive apology from King Price.
In 2 days I must return the courtesy car and the car (Insured Car) will not even be close to been ready for collection as only today, the claim may be approved.
