A few weeks ago I went into an FNB branch to sort out my internet banking which was not working.
It was sorted out then, but when I tried to access it from home it said that I'd entered the details wrong and 3 failed attempts would block my profile. I was definitely not entering it wrong.
I've tried resetting my access details but it keeps giving me the same error. As a result I cannot do EFT's. I tried phoning the call centre and an automated voice told me reset the access details, which I'd already done and it also said that it would cost R52 for a consultant to help me.
I tried resetting again to no avail. I've already gone through the inconvenience of going into a branch and absolutely refuse to go in again. I have a job and a life, I don't have time for your queues!
The ball is in your court, FNB, I want this sorted out ASAP.
