Website unavailble with no help fron FNB

Everytime my father tries to phone FNB for help to just access the FNB website they either put the phone down on him or play a ridiculous message saying the website is up and available. If it was available to him then why would we he be phoning? This is terrible service. He can access every other banks website but has an issue getting to FNB's website. I thought FNB was all about great service and willing to help their clients. If he cant get access to the FNB website then why bother...
