I applied for a personal loan at the ABSA in Sandton. I walked into the branch on Saturday 5 minutes before closing time but Veronica was more than willing to assist me. She was friendly and warm and also gave me advice about my application which assisted me a lot in making an informed decision.
I was impressed by how she would go out of her way during the application process and keep me updated every step of the way. She is really incredible and has a passion for impressing clients.
