On the 3rd Dec 2013 around 13:04, i called the Nedbank call centre fron the nedbank branch. i spoke to kayla whom i asked for my credit card banking details which ive lost, she gave me details and i made the payment at 13:19.
Today I call the call centre to ask if the payment reflects as I hve been asked to call two days later to request the account to be closed. i spoke to Sandile who then informes me that the payment was made into the suspense account and they cant see it, Which means i have to drive back to the bank to go fix a mistake that was initially not mine.
This is totally unexpectable I am very disappointed with such service.
