No information from Nedbank about Home Loan

I have a home loan for the first time. I have no idea what the name of the account is - all I have is the account number and the bank sort code because I phoned the bank's call centre line to find out. When I try and find out what name the account is in the stupid call centre wants me to give them information i don't have. Can Nedbank please tell me what the name of the home loan account is, when the payment will go off my account, what the amount of the payment is. There are two owners on the property so I don't know what they have called us. I can't bear the fact that unless I phone up and spend all my airtime on their stupid call centre I don't know what the details of the account are. It is their sodding money and they can't even be asked to inform me of these details. I hate Nedbank with a passion. As soon as I can I will move the only account I have left to another bank - I am that sick to death of their stupid attitude of making me do the work I pay excessive fees for!
