Debit order took double

I took a loan with with bruma finance in octocber, first debit went of end oct and then again 29/11 and suddenly today again, i tried phoning the company but the call centre said its the December debit because the couldn't get hold of my hr, but they already in October spoken to them, i need this debit order to be reversed immediately as I am only getting pain end of December and as per arrangenment my debit goes off at the end of the month, i am not in a financial position to pay double debit orders and this was never the arrangement on the contract
