Browsing through my credit card statements, I see a transaction for "Telephone Banking" assistance.
Rather strange considering I haven't called in for any assistance.
Contact the contact centre and ask for a reason for said deduction, and get told some about me "Not using it for a while therefore the deduction" Then was told that it would be reversed.
I told the consultant not to bother refunding me.
I will make sure this gets as much media coverage as possible.
