Lastly I want to note to you personally Nicolene, you were the only person that I spoke to during this entire debacle, that immediately and with authority and sympathy for my situation, took control and sorted out everything that needed to be done in order for Joop to get the help that he needed.By the time I got to you I could either kill, or break down in tears from sheer frustration and worry and you resolved this within minutes. Thank you from the bottom of my and my two daughter's hearts for helping us.
