I called the Nedbank Contact Centre at 13:41 on the 26/10/2013 to report the internet banking site is not retrieving payments history, I spoke to a consultant who was clueless I think his name is Lionel (not sure) and he transferred me to an equally clueless technician, who gave up and said that Nedbank might not be having a problem retrieving payments history, and offered no other assistance after 33 min of wasting my time, and at 14:19 i called in again i spoke to buyi mvelase, who was equally unhelpful.i wonder are the still competent people working for nedbank?
