I received my IPad mini about 2weeks ago. Inserted the nano sim. The pamphlets said it will be active within 3 days. Waited a week then tried to phone to enquire but couldn't get through. Then started e-mailing. Have now sent 3 e-mails and all remain unanswered. An automated reply promising a 24 hour turn-around doesn't get me anywhere. So disappointed in the service levels received!
