Useless FNB does not even inform clients

I applied for a smart device on the 14 November 2013 and i was told i was to receive it in the next 10 to 15 working days till date I have not received the phone or a call or message to say it is delayed. I had to call at-least 3 times to find out when will i be receiving the phone, until they said they are out of stock, and yet when called they had told me that they had plenty of stock when I ordered.
After being a loyal client of theirs this is the treatment I receive???

I'm fed up with this service.
