Had issues laste week with my medical aid canceled it and asked my bank to reverse my debit orders for the last 4 months, the lady at FNB helped me but didn't say anything about they can only reverse 30 days which is quite unacceptable because nothing was said to me by the lady that helped me I only saw that only 1 was reversed the day after so last week friday a lady contacted me said she will take it further and have it checked and see what she can do by the head quarters to reverse the rest I told her my side and the ladys side at FNB and said she sent it to headquarters and in 48 hours they wil have a answer for me on this tuesday but its thursday nobody came back to me regarding this and my complaint ref is 378851?? What should I do coz she phoned me ona private nr and I need my money reversed as this medical aid didn't cover anything or neither did I use it they said they can see if they can do it but no feedback has been given from FNB... I'm very inhappy with them
