Poor service

I ordered a smart device (galaxy note 3 gear) on the 8th of November. It is now the 28th and I have still not received my device. When I called the call center on the 27th of November I was put on hold while the consultant followed up with the courier company, I was assured that I would be contacted by them on that same day to arrange delivery as stock was arriving that very day and that I would receive my device by today. Nobody called, I contacted the service center again this morning only to be told there is no stock and now suddenly nobody can tell me when stock is coming in. As of today it is now a total of 20 days since I placed my order (5days over the promised 8-15 days). I was transferred to the center supervisor and was cut off, I was then called back and cut off again, I have left a message for the supervisor to call me but have not been contacted once again. I am seriously tired of this, I detest being given the run around by you people and did not expect this from fnb as up until now I have had excellent service. Key rule of service fnb, under promise and over deliver, not the other dam way around
