I ordered a smart device from them last week, I eventually follow up after I received the sms that the device was being processed, last week Thursday, and did not get any further response, the first lady the I spoke to said that it takes 3-7 working days, the second person I spoke to said that it takes 10-14 working days?? and also said that there is no stock and, then I got very irate and requested to speak to a more senior person and I got through to a guy named Junaid, he then assured me that they did receive stock this morning and that he would get back to me with further feedback before 10am now its 13:30 I still have not heard from him, I received an SMS to say the couriers will phone me to make arrangements, then I got a call that I need to wait for the supplier to complete stock take before they can arrange delivery to me!!! this is very annoying!!
